Chances are if we've been to your office, you can see this icon in your system tray:
That's our remote support tool called Teamviewer. If you already have it installed, just call us for remote support and we'll seemlessly log into your computer and start working on your issue.
If you don't have teamviewer installed, download the Teamviewer Quick Support application for Mac or Windows, run it, and tell either Elliott or Chris the 9 digit id and password that the application displays. It should look something like this:
Then we'll be able to log in and fix your issue anywhere in the world that has internet access.
