Domaine Selections Acquires the Oregon Operation of Henry Wine Group
Domaine Selections, a wholesale distributor of fine wines in Oregon and Washington, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Oregon Henry Wine Group operation.
The transaction closed on Friday, October 16th 2009.
The newly integrated Company will offer a broad and diversified number of quality international and domestic wines at price points across the board. The transaction results in a wide range of geographic coverage to numerous customers across the Pacific Northwest.
Founded in 1985 and located in the Pacific Northwest, Domaine Selections is one of the preeminent distributors of domestic and international fine wines. The Company has become well known for working with creative and dedicated suppliers and providing quality wines in the Oregon and Washington market from remarkable vineyards and wineries located throughout the world.
