To sign up for a user account, you must be an OLCC Licensee.
You have two options:
  1. Reference an invoice you have received from us by entering the invoice number and total amount of the invoice in the form below.

  2. Call us @ 503-231-9555 during our normal business hours and we will create an account for you.
    Please note that you will need to supply us with an email address to associate with your account.
