For many years, the Porro family has cultivated grapes and produced wine, but in the past, they primarily sold their grapes or wine (in large glass containers) to other winemakers. It’s only in recent times that they have begun to bottle their wine under their own label. These authentic, artisanal Barolos are truly some of the most emotionally captivating expressions of the Nebbiolo grape that one could ever dream of savoring. This comes from a family with a history in the Barolo region that can certainly be described as ‘legendary.’
