Bodegas Valenciso was founded in 1998 by Luis Valentín and Carmen Enciso, whose surnames combine to form the winery’s name. After decades working at one of Rioja’s historic estates, they set out to create a winery that would reflect their personal vision of Rioja: aromatic, precise, and timeless rather than heavily extracted or over-oaked.
