Bill and Kathy Jenkins have dedicated over three decades to crafting wine at Wing Canyon. They predominantly gather grapes from their rugged, hillside vineyard. Their wines are meticulously produced in limited quantities and boast opulent, deeply concentrated flavors, showcasing notes of dark red fruit, subtle hints of Mount Veeder’s wild vegetation, and a touch of spice, all wrapped in mature, velvety tannins.
Wing Canyon Vineyard specializes in estate-grown Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.
